The more we talked, the more it seemed just plain impossible that we could end up in this house. Nonetheless, Nicole did everything in her power to make things happen for us. It turned out we needed to sell our house to buy this one so Nicole was doing all the things on both sides - it was a long process with soooo many ups and downs - her optimistic demeanor was sure appreciated on this emotional rollercoaster! Not only that, she was always more than willing to "dumb things down" for us when we had questions (which was a lot). She was organized and punctual and we knew she had our best interest in mind with all the decisions that needed to be made. Long story short, we closed on our house a little over a month ago and are so thankful we chose Nicole to be our agent from the very start. We don't plan to move again BUT if we do, we won't hesitate to contact her again!
